EYE MAKEUP TIPS:

1. 1.Eye sleuth primer. If you use a quality reader , your eye shadow will stay put through rain, exudate.
2. 2.A quality eye shadow. There are simply too many eye shadows out there that hardly show up on the cap or if they do, they seem to fade within a couple hours. Once you find a great pigmented shadow, you are gold. because it's beautiful on blue and green eyes, but you can find lovely shadows at the apothecary as well as the heaviest of oil slicks produced by skin.
3. 3.A dab of light color in the corner of inward eyelid: This is a makeup artist palpable secret to brightening eyes. More on this below. Just make sure not to make it too.
4. 4.Heat up your eyelash curler: I like to blow a burst of hot air for no more than 3 seconds onto my eyelash curler before I curl my lashes. Just make sure to test the metal on your arm before you fasten down.

   Take the same light eye shadow and bit it on your brow bone, resolved on your mid-brow outward. Blend with your finger. I like to use Yves Saint Laurent's Touché   Éclat just below my brow and just above it, but a super light shadow will do you.👀Step 7: Curl Your Lashes:   An eyelash curler will make even long belts look more elegant. For added effect, you can heat the curler under a blow dryer for a couple seconds. Test curler before smearing to lashes because you could burn yourself.
